This page is dedicated to photos displaying my favorite and most challenging project since I started my business in 1987. This home is an 1800's farmhouse cape in Landaff, NH. We added on a new 3,000(+-) square foot addition which includes a garage, master suite, mudroom, laundry area, hot tub room, office, basement storage, additional full bath, breakfast nook with loft, access to attic with more storage, all this and more tied into existing home already sized at approx. 1900 s.f.. Including this addition, we also renovated approx. 60% of existing home. The pictures will show that the original home was mostly post and beam construction which made it that much more challenging and fun!
